About us
La Fondazione Lene Thun ETS è impegnata nella realizzazione di servizi permanenti di “terapia ricreativa” attraverso la modellazione dell’argilla. Operando in diversi contesti patologici e di disagio, soprattutto nell’ambito dell’età pediatrica e giovanile all’interno di strutture ospedaliere, diventa vero e proprio supporto psicologico durante il periodo di malattia.
L’efficacia della terapia ricreativa come sostegno alla terapia medico farmacologica, è riconosciuta scientificamente ed è l’anima dei laboratori ceramici della Fondazione Lene Thun.

The dream is our vision
We are inspired by Countess Lene Thun’s values and life philosophy. As a woman and a ceramist, she was bringing others the joy she was feeling when modeling ceramics, with hands and heart. With her dreams she was inspiring others to dream. With the same love and creativity, we want to inspire dreams of people suffering.

Our mission
As a non-profit organization, we want to offer a recreational therapy service through clay modeling, mainly with permanent workshops in children’s oncology and haematology departments in Italian hospitals.
